Paid Time Off (PTO)
Time off with pay is designed to provide you with flexibility to manage your life effectively while recognizing the Company's need to maintain productivity. That's why we offer a comprehensive PTO program that gives you the flexibility to use your time off - for both planned vacations and unexpected events. PTO days accrue on a per pay period basis. You may earn between 18 and 28 days based on your completed years of service. PTO accruals are capped based on your years of service. Once you reach this cap, you cannot accrue more PTO until you use some time.
PTO Donation
You can donate your PTO in increments of four hours. By doing this, you can help colleagues who have exhausted their PTO to take the time they need in hardship situations.

Each year, you have the following holidays off with pay:

One floating day, scheduled by the company
Bereavement
To give you time to grieve in the event of a death in your family, the Company provides you up to three paid days of bereavement leave, per occurrence, to use at your discretion.
Military Leave
If on military leave, you maintain medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits for one year. In addition, we pay the difference between your military pay and your base compensation for up to one year.
Jury Duty
With advance notice to management, the Company grants paid time off for the time you are required to serve.
