Paid Time Off (PTO)
Time off with pay is designed to provide you with flexibility to manage your life effectively while recognizing the Company's need to maintain productivity. That's why we offer a comprehensive PTO program that gives you the flexibility to use your time off - for both planned vacations and unexpected events. PTO days accrue on a per pay period basis. You may earn between 18 and 28 days based on your completed years of service. PTO accruals are capped based on your years of service. Once you reach this cap, you cannot accrue more PTO until you use some time.

PTO Donation
You can donate your PTO in increments of four hours. By doing this, you can help colleagues who have exhausted their PTO to take the time they need in hardship situations.

Holiday Pay
Each year, you have the following holidays off with pay:

 • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
 • Memorial Day
 • Independence Day
 • Labor Day
 • Thanksgiving
 • Day after Thanksgiving
 • Christmas Day
 • One floating day, scheduled by the company

Bereavement
To give you time to grieve in the event of a death in your family, the Company provides you up to three paid days of bereavement leave, per occurrence, to use at your discretion.

Military Leave
If on military leave, you maintain medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits for one year. In addition, we pay the difference between your military pay and your base compensation for up to one year.

Jury Duty
With advance notice to management, the Company grants paid time off for the time you are required to serve.

Support for Parents
The Company offers many benefits for new parents and parents of older children.

•	Adoption Assistance We reimburse up to $5,000 ($2,500 for part-time associates) per adoption for eligible expenses.
•	New Parent Transition Week We provide a full week of pay for half the time worked for new mothers and fathers. When a new mother returns from leave, her first week back is a transition week.
•	New Mother Rooms New mothers have unique needs in the workplace, so many of our locations offer wellness rooms.
•	Larry C. and Lee Ann Glasscock Scholarship The fund awards $20,000 scholarships to dependents of full- and part-time associates who will be the first in their family to receive a degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
•	Lloyd J. Banks Scholarship Each year, the Foundation awards the dependent of an associate with a $20,000 scholarship named in honor of the first chairman of the Company.
