This innovative 3-year program offers professional training and development in a number of different departments through 1-year job rotations. You'll work alongside some of the best minds in the industry, and make a real impact by ensuring our members get the care they need. This is a great opportunity for you to build your skills, expand your knowledge and put yourself on the path to management. After your hands-on training and evaluation are complete, you may have the opportunity to sign on with Anthem as a key contributor.
